We’re proud to be partnering with one of London’s most respected design studios, who are currently on the lookout for an experience and highly organised Studio Manager & Project Lead to join their senior leadership team.
This studio is known for creating full brand identity systems and bespoke typography for global brands, cultural institutions, and ambitious scale-ups.
In this role, you’ll play a vital part in shaping their creative output, managing people and processes, and ensuring the day-to-day operations of the studio run seamlessly. You’ll work closely with the CEO/Creative Director and the Client & New Business Lead, with support from a Junior Studio Manager. As a key member of the leadership team, you’ll oversee project delivery, resource planning, studio culture, and overall business operations.
The role involves full ownership of creative project management from planning through to delivery. Responsibilities include leading daily stand-ups, updating schedules, setting priorities, resolving conflicts, overseeing internal and client communications, managing resources, and ensuring projects stay on track. You’ll also be responsible for building and maintaining detailed project timelines for both internal teams and client reporting.
They’re looking for someone highly organised, with solid project management experience within the design or creative industry. Ideally, you’ll have a background in team management, budget oversight, and performance reviews. A commercially-minded approach is key, along with the ability to support both creative thinking and structured workflow. Experience within a small or boutique creative agency would be a big plus!
Based in North London with 3 days in the office with Thursday and Friday WFH.
